   Baltic Migration provides immigration consulting services, including citizenship and residence-permit assistance for Latvia and Lithuania. We will endeavour to provide accurate information and professional support, but we do not guarantee outcomes or timelines.

2. Client Responsibilities
   You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information and documents when requested. Failure to do so may delay or jeopardise your application, for which Baltic Migration cannot be held responsible.

3. Fees & Payment
   Our fees will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement. Payment terms will be defined there. If you fail to meet payment obligations, we may suspend or terminate our services.

4. No Guarantee of Success
   While Baltic Migration will use reasonable care and skill in performing services, we cannot guarantee that your application for citizenship or residence will be accepted. Many factors (legal, administrative or third-party) lie beyond our control.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy
   We will treat your personal information and documents with confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to our processing of your data for the purposes of providing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability
   Except where prohibited by law, Baltic Migration’s liability for any loss or damage arising from our services or website use is limited to the total amount of fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

7. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will publish the revised terms on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia (or the country you specify). Any dispute arising from them or our services will be resolved by the competent courts in Latvia (or the specified jurisdiction).

9. Website Use
   You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts the site or other users. We may restrict or suspend your access if you breach these rules.

10. Entire Agreement
    These Terms & Conditions, together with any engagement agreement you sign with Baltic Migration, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to our services and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
